TRX Pilates

TRX Pilates combines Pilates technique with TRX suspension training equipment. It is a low impact total body workout that improves strength, flexibility, core stability and balance. Great addition to your strength training plan!

Sculpt

Sculpt class is a no impact class that combines functional strength training, balance, & core work. It is a total body workout that changes every week. It can be modified for any fitness level. Come join Melissa and try it for yourself!
