Zen Barre
Combines yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight exercises into one 40-minute session. But what makes Zen Barre extra zen? The soothing scents of essential oils and focus on mindful breathing. You'll leave feeling powerful yet totally relaxed from head to toe.
Intervals
Alternates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training with brief recovery periods. We'll keep you moving between heart-pumping exercises using just your bodyweight or some medium weights for 40 minutes. You'll target every muscle group while also improving endurance and motivation!
