During this lengthy, yet necessary, break from in-person small group and personal training sessions, our team at The Training Loft has held stronger than ever. We have decided that it is time to slowly transition back into our in-person setting. Using a “slower” approach seems to be fitting because Zoom has been an incredible platform for all of our clients to stay active in the comfort of their own homes. Throughout the weekends in the summer we offered outdoor bootcamp which was also recorded via Zoom. This allowed for a change of scenery and a continuation of our services in a socially distant group setting.
We have several options to offer so that each individual can do what is best for them, as we want to continue providing the best possible services. We will begin offering bootcamp in-person at our studio location Monday through Thursday at 5:30 PM, as well as Saturdays at 8 AM and Sundays at 9 AM. Morning bootcamp will be offered Monday through Thursday at 7 AM via Zoom ONLY for now. Every session will continue to be recorded on Zoom and sent out to our member e-mail list daily.
Our membership options have slightly changed, so please visit our website (trainingattheloft.com) for more information on plans and pricing. As far as availability, we are now requiring our members to RESERVE A SPOT for in-person sessions due to our compliance with CDC recommendations for smaller groups and a safe social distance. This can be accessed through our website under “Book Online” and we encourage everyone to do this as soon as possible to ensure a spot.
We look forward to continuing to work with all of you and bringing you the best workouts and results on a daily basis! We, as a nation, are unsure what the next few months will bring but
at The training Loft, we are ready and will stay consistent with our workouts, coaching and motivation!
