What a year we have had! This year certainly has been like no other. We have faced so many challenges and much uncertainty.
My goal coming into 2020 was to take 30 minutes a day for myself to get a workout in. I did, indeed, crush that goal. I believe it helped me mentally every bit as much as physically. We had a smooth transition to virtual workouts and training. But then as the social distancing continued into the Fall, we saw many people struggling to stay on track with good fitness and nutrition habits. It is time for a reset. Do it to feel good, to keep your immune system strong, to improve your stress and anxiety, to lose weight, to fit in a new pair of jeans. Whatever your reason or goal, reset and get back into a healthy lifestyle.
I am beyond grateful and blessed for the quality time spent this year with my family and for our continued good health. This year has sure taught us many lessons and forced us to truly appreciate that it's the little things that mean the most.
So as we say goodbye to 2020 and roll into 2021, stay healthy, stay strong and stay well.
Happy and Healthy New Year to you all!
Jackie
