As a new year and new decade begin, I think about what a great time it is to make a commitment to be the best version of yourself. In 2019, I made a lot of progress both individually and professionally but I'm not stopping there.
In the year ahead, we should all make achieving and maintaining a healthier lifestyle through fitness and nutrition one of our priorities.
My goal is to schedule a 30 minute workout into my calendar every day so I have that time set aside even when I have a million other things going on. I want to stop using “busy” as the excuse that keeps me from living a healthy lifestyle.
So whatever you want to call it - a New Year’s resolution, a challenge a decision - make a COMMITMENT to yourself to be the best you through fitness, good nutrition, and wellness. Bring on 2020!
